Different types of weather are code for different things
I have heard the system in it’s entirety referred to as “the weatherman”
I don’t think this actually has much to do with meteorology, however it has at least been suggested that you can try to predict what kind of bs the perpetrators will get up to on a given day based on what is happening with the weather forecast in terms of Sun, Cloud cover, Rain, and/or Wind. Have not tested and I would be skeptical at best about this but stupider things have been true on the subject.

It makes so much sense now why China sent us a weather balloon as their most aggressive geopolitical move in recent years. They were saying our economy was a sham based on this “weather” system and that was all they needed, it would take care of itself.
