Constantly trying to stay afloat and in the graces of an organization that is using you for as much as possible and providing as little incentive as you will accept (and they can get away with).
It looks like trying to Catch, implicate, or Point at your Friends, holding Dirt over their heads. Trying to Level up to keep up with the Jones.
