When Inside rs start talking about skin, they are usually referencing the closet Race war passively occurring within the IC.
Skin, as far as I understand, just means something to the effect of “Nothing personal but, I’m going to side with the people who look like me.” Which is fine on its surface but then it usually gets racist pretty fast after that for some reason.
Most of the time I have heard this in the context of black POC, I assume because other POC this would apply to would just speak in a different language.
Dead skin are POC working for the Farmer.
