Two I have noticed:
The most basic is just when someone, usually a woman, has sex with a bunch of men at the same time. Like “running a train” on someone. It usually is being used as blackmail or as a Dig, and it seems as though they were given an incentive to do it in the first place. Also usually that the train is usually an incentive itself for the other participants. (Or they just wanted to, there’s nothing wrong with doing this, society just shames sluts to discourage sex outside of their prescription as a means of psychological, relationship, and population control).
The other train analogy just seems to refer to the system itself, a large heavy and cumbersome machine that it takes a lot of time and energy to stop. There are passengers, Cars, Windows. An isle that divides the two sides.
