Not always, sometimes if someone says they were “watching TV” they might mean they had to watch something in order to have context for a bit they were contracted to perform. Live TV is the Feed of people who are still Alive or oblivious to the fact that they are being monitored. The Dead view these people to live vicariously through them because they are afraid of what might happen if they allowed themselves to live.
