This has seemed more like a complacence symbol more than anything. I think it has something to do with being a Cow product. But I generally means something close to a symbol representing enjoying someone who is in the cow role
I think I finally figured it out, maybe, but it is still a stretch and I don’t think the above stuff tying it to the dairy agriculture stuff is necessarily wrong. I think it’s a Recognition Signal for taking a DHS bribe. ICE being a DHS dept and cream meaning CREAM (Cash Rules Everything Around Me) {1 knock} I don’t think this means specifically ice or even necessarily DHS, and probably not always cash, but more of an any type of incentive thing.
