CIA most often implicated. There’s a decent chance this is finger pointing from whoever is actually active. I don’t think the CIA is as interested in me as other intelligence agencies that are now trying to cover their ass.
Definitely a source of intelligence or opportunities. Seems to ”make everything better” when added. Or that is what they would have you believe.
