Have also heard it used callously in reference to women or female anatomy. This is usually to dehumanize or reduce them to a sexual purpose, i.e. Calling someone a cave might mean “all you are good for is getting people to fold as a Treat.”

Cave could also mean a caveperson, as in the people written about in the allegory of the cave. Those people who harm you when you return with stories of the Light Outside the cave.
