This is pretty sinister and is used with particular effect against targets with nuclear or other type of radioactive dose work.
The implication is that the way you will be eliminated is by injecting, skin grafting, or otherwise implanting you with biocompatible cancerous cells with the intent of killing you with cancer and making it look organic.
The reason this is particularly effective against people who have received radioactive dosage is that it is really difficult to determine when a cancer began so they can just just your dose or proximity to nuclear work as the scapegoat.
